Xtrap error please help

i have windows vista 32bit and i am getting the xtrap error 08-0400-00000000-510
Ive reinstalled and im running out of options ive updated java and directX anyone help?

My error has been resolved (for me)
. you have to go to www.dll-files.com because the problem is in the DLL files from your windows. on that page download the file (counterts.dll aspnet) 08-0400-00000000-509 was my mistake and download the [Dll-files fixer] a program to scan and repair your PC, it will help trust me
