hey guys, we have the problem fixed!!!!!!!!!!!!

go in c:windows/microsoft.net/framwork/v4.0.30319 and rename the file ServiceModelPerformanceCounters.dll and .man into whatever u want!!!

i changed bothe files in ServiceModel.dll and .man and it WORKS!!!!!!!!

Finally can I make a copy of these file for a backup or idk.. and put it somewhere else in the computer in a file... Oh nvm I will put it in my USB Key xD

For some reason I am not allowed to rename those files without permission from a "TrustedInstaller" anyway around this....

you have to remane the file as administrator. right click of the file and in features u go in assignment and then in "extended" and now u could make a hook in "as an administrator"!!!!!

thats all. u didnt have to make a backup or something. only change the name in whatever u want and it works!!!!!! 100%

no that doesnt works because the file which is corrupted is still in Net.Framework!!!

all u have to do is rename the file in whatever u want and than i works. trust me and believe me there is no pc crash after u do this!!!!!
