"Region" problem

Some regions were blocked ( August 3rd 2011 ) and they gave a map with the red zones which stand for the blocked regions. The best you can do now is search for your version.

That is because he created his account BEFORE August 3rd 2011. Accounts in blocked regions created before that day are able to log in and play. -
