Z8 Banned me for not cheating?

Z8 has turned from a bad company to a terrible company in my eyes after my account was permanently banned for "hacking".

Let me make couple things clear:
1. I did NOT hack.
2. I did NOT give my account details to anyone
3. I did NOT buy any ZP whilst playing this game... I'm sure that affected the mods decision to ban/not ban people

I doubt I will continue playing this game after how they treated someone who has been playing this game since 2010. After sending numerous tickets, z8 did not send me any evidence of the "six" players who have reported me.

I don't want anything from Z8, if they do read this. I just wanted to express myself to everyone playing this game; z8 sucks.

send a support ticket about it & they'll answer it monday ( its almost weekend ).
putting this on forums doesn't help.

Then he needs to wait till Monday or something, eitherway getting unbanned is hard.
I'm sure you didn't cheat, but they might ban you for "account sharing".

I sent about 5+ tickets or so? At every reply I got they said this: "This is our final decision, further requests regarding same issue will be ignored"

Anyway, I did sent tickets and it was like talking to a brick wall. They did not try and talk to me like a normal human being ._.

lets wait till the answer, there has to be a good reason, or its just a mistake.
also you don't get banned for not spending money on this game.

Was it Juicebox? explains a lot if it was him. I'm not really the person to talk about this.

Sorry guys,he might be crying and playing victim, but he is an hack and i know you long time with your damn speed hack, it took long but they banned you, it seems they do see reports
Finally Z8 games is starting to do something about it.

It was either your fourth(?) automatic ban or a person reviewed the replay, with some experience, and came to the conclusion that you cheat.


I'm not sure why you think your promise of never having cheated carries more weight than someone who does this for a living says you do.

Either way, this isn't the place. If they've rejected your.. appeals in ticket form, they certainly won't lift the ban because you promise on scouts honor and all the rest on the forum that you'd never cheat.

Well actually I suppose I should close this, as GMs have closed it officially in ticket form and we don't do appeals here.
