Need help? Game isnt loading well

So i'm playing the game since 2009 but some problems came up this year which are totally annoying
1. Every single time i launch the game i have to re-extract old "BUG.DLL" And "SNDdrv.dll" because everytime the hgwc load it shows up this

I reinstalled,Redownloaded but it only works fine the first time.

2.Match loadings, The game kinda works fine till i join a match, it takes time to show up the loading screen which is really more than annoying, and when i do a 1vs1 match i have to restart match more than 4 times because the slow loading gets me out (as the other player has a faster loading ) (i didnt actually use to get that before it just used to start normally fine)

Tho there are hackers everywhere and closed servers, but these 2 are the most annoying ones
i need help fixing those please!

Oh also i used to report hackers but i go up checking their profile and i find out that they still have their honorable soldier ribbon! VIP users are now using hack too which is totally making the game lose its reputation and balance! people wont stop hacking unless the game do a move to stop them!
