a problem with my fps and my friends have it too

i have my normal fps like 40 or 50 in the 8vs8 game but yesterday when i was playing cw my fps is normal but the game is acting like i have 1 fps the game is very slow since the update of the xtrap i think ... i cant play i cant move the mouse i cant get one kill i was playing with my 40 fps from long ago and no problem.....and my friends have this problem too please need a solution fast please
