Well, that´s it,your done.
You have no information whatsoever about your account, and you think they will hand it over the data? of course not, how can you make proof you are the legit owner of the account?
Just because you have the ID and password? how can you proof it was not stolen?
If and i mean an if very remotely, if you always played with the same IP address and pay for zp items and you got the receipts, maybe they hand it over to you.
Anyway, contact the support regarding this!

Made my account back in 2009, so i forgot all the stuff I entered. Now i want to leave my made clan to join a friends clan. But need my security answer in order to do that. How can i fix this :S?
There is just one way out. If you don't know any information. Join your clan with a alt account and play often with it. after 60 days you can sent a support ticket that the clan leader is inaktive. Your alt gets the clan. and main is free to go -

Just bought 20k ZP like 2-3 days ago :P I know much about the account. What it did. What clans it has been in etc.. -

I found my old tickets from 2010+ a transactionID picture. The S-answer back in my old tickets do not work tho?! What is this? -
In that case, open a ticket with support and supply all of that information to them
