Windowed Mode+Display Settings

Windowed Mode:

Whenever you open Crossfire in the windowed mode, back in I think 2012 you could move this window around. Nowadays whenever I open windowed mode of cf it doesn't allow me to move the window around which makes it so much harder to play music that I want(because your forced to open it on the side where there is not much room to look through the selection of songs). On top of that, if i wanted to search something up i can't even lower the screen to look up something. Maybe its just me, but if its not it needs to be fixed.

Display Settings:

You cannot lower to 16 bit no matter how much you try. I've been trying to do this for the longest time and it doesn't save. Might be only me, but if its not please look into it.

Can you not hit Alt+Tab while in full screen and access your computer that way? Doesn't fix being unable to move the CF window but at least you can pick music, browse internet, etc.

If he have sh*** pc as I do he can't alt+tab. When ever I try to alt+tab I get black screen and I can't do anything, when I alt+tab back in game I have to wait for few seconds for video to syncronise with audio.

16 bit do work, I'm using it to make me fps more stable because if I play in 32 my fps goes up and down and its realy unplayable.
I was kinda sad year or 2 ago when I tried windowed mode on this pc (I got better monitor) and I figured out it works only in lobbies.

This is little bit off topic but I would like to know is it possible to play crossfire in windowed mode.
