New accounts created before the IP Restriction launch, done on 08/03/2011, do not have access to the game. You may still create accounts on Z8Games however, you will not be able to login and play.

CF EU should be playable for you. That is the primary reason for CF NA/UK to restrict the European region - it's because CF EU is available to players who are restricted from playing the NA/UK version.
