Crossfire Kick system 2014

Hello my name is Charlie.i am crossfire player since 2010.I have been supporting this game since then by helping new players,engouraging my friends to play,buying ZP whenever i can.But it seems that i cant keep playing like this.I send my first thread to Z8 in 2011 about some kickers that they kick me with no apparent reason.(well maybe some times i was doing a mistake.)I stopped mid-time 2012 because i was giving final exams and started during 2013 again.Maybe its because new players cant figure the pros from hackers or maybe they are simple stupid.GETTING KICKED EVERY GAME BECAUSE I AM ACE IS OUTRAGEOUS.I DONT HACK.YES I HAVE BEEN BANNED ONCE BECAUSE I WAS CAUGHT GLITCHING IN A MUTATION MAP.THATS IT.I need some modarators here to tell me what i can do.
1.Can i report kickers by sending replay?
2.Can i give them some proof somehow in game?
3.At least can u give me some refund?Because i am spending money and i cant play!!
The thing is Z8 havent fixed the kick system that they promised(2011 time).So plz tell me what to do.

1. No, you can't. Even if you had a screenshot of them kicking you and sent it to the support team, they wouldn't get banned. I'm sure you understand why.
2. Sadly not. (As far as I know.)
3. If Z8 started compensating players just for being kicked unfairly (in their opinion), they would lose huge amounts of money. Also, being kicked has nothing to do with not being able to play. You get kicked, you join another room. You were playing until you got kicked and you will be able to play right after being kicked too.

There are many complaints regarding this problem, but what exactly do you think they should do? There is nothing to fix in the current kick system.

Thank you for your suggestion. Currently the kick voting system is controlled by the players and we cannot interfere in it. However, I will forward your suggestion to the Game Managers.
