My tone is sour because your request is.. well, I still don't know what you're asking for, and it's a little frustrating.

I can't encourage you by saying the ban was faulty, because I do not know.
I can't tell you that your ribbon will be given back, because it's extremely unlikely to happen.
I can't really apologize, because thats not what I do.

I'm not an agent of Z8Games to the extent of an employee. I can tell you what the rules are and how these things usually play out, and provide some contrast in what would otherwise be a thread of 30 posts saying "YA'LL SUCK" - but I can't give you your ribbon back or promise to look in to it, because that's not what I do.

GMs rarely (not never) respond in these threads, because this is an issue between you and Z8Games in the form of support tickets, even if you feel it's to your advantage to put it on display (its not).

We did have an issue that windows xp users got banned, and some unfairly (this did happen to me), but they unbanned users that never got banned, good call since i never hacked.
Now, you guys that come from a certain part of the world (hint: "T",and "E"), hack like hell and then say they never hacked...well kuddos z8 games for banning this type of players, the game is getting cleaner, keep up your good work
