This account will be banned!
The reason I'm posting this is because the system banned my other account for h@cking and I truly wasn't!
This goes against all the rules.
So, I know this will be taken down and the account will be banned. That's why i spoofed my ip and Mac address and Created another account. Z8 let's people H@ck as long as they try not to make it obvious.
With my other account, I have repeatedly reported people for speed and walling. Never anything that might be confused with a good player.. These people are still in game and have honorable ribbons.
Some of the most "RESPECTED" clans are nothing but H@cks and they all defend each other.
But because they spend money on zp and go to tournaments and all that other happy stuff, they over look these people. A list of just (some) of these clans are, there's more, but you get the idea. And that's not to mention the nearly 150 individual names i wrote down.
Just today, I played a game of downtown S&D and my kills/deaths were 20-10 andand were 22-3 20-1 and they accused me of H@cking.
Then because z8 banned my account and I lost my honorable soldier ribbon.
They were publicly telling everyone that I was a h@cker, just look at my ribbons.
That ticks me off. I don't know why z8's system grabbed me, After I spend money on vip and zp.
I'm told, " I understand your frustration, but it's z8's policy not to give that ribbon back, NO Exceptions" That's bull!
I never cheated or farmed or even swore in a game.
But these h@cks get away with it and if they're in the "respected" clans the get defended and nothing happens.
Keep in mind, the members in the clans I listed, have walled or sped. I don't complain about the people pre-firing or could be really good players or even a lucky shot.
I am just so upset, because for 2 years or so, I've dealt with h@cks like most of us has. But after I spend money trying to better my game. I get banned and lose my ribbon.
Now I am hell bent on z8 doing something. If I have to keep changing my ip and mac address or going to neighbors computer and creating multiple accounts. I vow to get results. even if I never play again.

Rest assured that if for some reason the game will probably ban your account will be something.
If you know it was a mistake you can always send your check account in case it was a mistake.
Note that in many clans there will always be some people who use illegal programs but they will someday touch your ban.
Cres If someone is using some kind of illegal program can report that there take the necessary response -

The actions of other people has no bearing on your situation, so again I'm not sure what you're getting at other than being mad cause you got caught cheating and losing your ribbon as a consequence. -

I know no one on here can help with this. I'm not mad at getting caught, cause I didn't cheat. In fact i never re-installed the game. I'm using it the same as when I was banned. Why hasn't it banned me again? I'm mad cause i just spent 100 bucks on zp and then I get banned for no reason and other's that clearly do cheat are still on..

Do you have windows xp? That recently banned users and they did lose their ribbon however it was restored aslong as they have not lost their ribbon before. It wasn't a permanent ban or you wouldn't have been able to use it. So you were issued a ban by the auto detection system.
Its not against their policy to remove your ribbon. In fact it states in the terms of service that they can ban any account for absolutely any reason without question. So you are out of luck with that, support is probably replying to you with a bot (usually happens after a ban and you request proof). -
I forget the guys name. But it was a person i talked to. It was a auto detection that ban me. i automatically took my ribbon.. However it's against their policy to give it back. Now I have a vip account that gets accused of h@cking when I didn't. Just like I told tech support. I was in a game and logged off, took my kids to the movies and I came back, logged in and got banned.

They were not accusations when I sent the file with the report. and nothing was done.. That to me is proof that z8 lets people cheat. But addressing what you said earlier.. There was no reason for my ban. I haven't changed anything.. Same computer, same installation of the game, same virus protects the only thing i've changed is my underwear. And I haven't been banned since.. Why is that? Maybe the reason is at Z8. And i never said it was because i bought zp. I simply stated it just happen after i bought it.. How would you feel if you forked out 100 bucks and it happens to you.. Like Cactus said, Z8 doesn't care!

You do realize that you can lose your ribbon to more than just hacking?
It's fairly obvious that we can only see your truth on the matter. Hell, you could be lying your way out of it. I do not know.
Nor can I care to the point of doing something about it, because frankly, none of us, literally nobody on the forums, can do anything about it.
If you wish to appeal you can certainly submit a ticket under CrossFire, then Complaints.
As with any investigation, it will take time and patience to get a resolution. If they give a final ruling then you are obliged to stand by it, otherwise refrain from using the service.
For the most part, bans are solid decisions. But are a few times when the system hiccups and may have taken someone truly innocent. But it is then publicly known that there was an issue and the wrong was righted... and the innocent accounts that were banned would have their ribbon restored, blah blah. But it seems you are the ONLY one for now that has met this "unfair ban" issue on a recent basis.
If you cannot be in control of yourself; if you feel you need to rage; I recommend screaming into a pillow in front of your "kids that you took to the movies".
This is just a game. Relax.
It is quite unnecessary to go around spoofing your IP and MAC address(s). I hope you come to terms that spoofing a MAC address would not serve anyways? It is usually used to bypass restrictions onto a router or computer's firewall...
Spending ZP is not to purchase entitlement or privilege. It's just a different virtual currency for other weapons/items. You can't buy ban protection with ZP.

You're not the only one who has filed reports in the past and have seen that others have not been banned immediately. All of us want a 110% working system.
There are backlogs upon backlogs of reports, and only so few people to review them. That is why they have the auto-detection/ban system with Xtrap and HGWC.
Going around procedure is not looking favorably to your own case either... -
one_9, are you sucking up trying to become moderator or something? You know as well as I do. Z8 will ban this account when they get tired of it. I spoof cause I want people to know that z8 is dishonest and I want to be able to create another account. something just as simple as [mod]dot editing the names out of this post. Wouldn't the same rules apply in game when 2 guys accused me? when I was 20-10, they were 20-1 and 22-3 or something like that. They use the argument of me not having my ribbon against me and I get kicked. When I never cheated to begin with. After i spend money, how can I enjoy the game when i get accused of being a h@k and kicked for being a half way descent player without a h@k.

I'm going to go out on a limb again here and say that Z8 couldn't care less about taking vengeance on your account as long as you follow the rules. We do not know you or of you.
The only person who knew you got banned were you, before you made this thread or told someone.
Your honorable soldier ribbon will likely not get re-rewarded, as you've been banned for cheating and because support already told you as much.
My removal of the names was simply because cheating accusations is against the rules, even if you think it's 'true' and 'they should be banned'.
Actions of other players has no bearing on the actions taken against or not taken against your account.
You can not object to a ban or inaction by claiming "BUT HE DID IT TOO" or "YOU DIDN'T BAN HIM WHY BAN ME".
It's seems this thread has run it's course, clearly I'm not getting through..

You were banned. You feel this ban was in error.
Submit a support ticket. If the response isn't satisfactory, that's a shame but still a response based on the rules you agreed to when you created your account. -
when i submitted my ticket and went through the process, nothing else was addressed. It only delt with my issue. However, because it was a auto detect system that ban me, they won't give the ribbon back. Like a computer doesn't make mistakes or don't have the so called hiccups. It's bull, I took pride in leveling up and getting ribbons through the good and bad times of the h@ckers. I understand that people have cheated and try to get their reputation back. However, there are honest players getting punished too. Why should I be punished for a bogus ban and the real h@ckers still play and have their reputation?

That's just how Dot usually responds. He's clearly trying to give you advice, but you're not willing to take it. Send in another support ticket, and deal with them directly. Besides, Dot can't give you back your ribbon anyway.

I've been banned for 'hacking' when I have never hacked.
The support still claims that I hack, so I asked for proof in form of a replay I could look at, to no avail.
A lot of unfair things go on in this game but they stay unmentioned because people know that the GM's don't really care, nor do MODs. -

They really don't care about the innocent players. But i bet if i spent big buck buying zp, I wouldn't have been banned and I'd have my ribbon.... Here's my last response..
