Stolen account

Hello Friends

My account was hacked and stolen, when I tried to get an email with my password, it turned out the hackers changed the email as well. I have alll the information about the account, including all the payments ever made throught my paypal acount, log in info, the date that the account was created, the pc that it was created it off, names of clans i was in recently, email info, in which order i bought my vip guns, the link to my stolen account, date and time when my account was lost, a whole clan that can confirm that the acount belongs to me. I even liked it from my facebook page a while ago to recive the free usp gun.

I need help, to resolve this issue. This is my second acount. I want to return my first. What do I do? Who do I message? I submited a ticket to complaints departament as it was the only suitable form that I can fill out for my account.

Submitting a support ticket to Complaints will not resolve your situation. More than likely you will be referred to Account Administration.
You will need to fill out that form under that (Account Administration) to resolve any account issues you have, especially "stolen" accounts.

If you cannot follow the procedure by submitting at least 2 pieces of account information on initial request (as seen on the form) then unfortunately I do not see how Support will be able to help you as they will not be able to ascertain if you are the true account holder.

Also, just out of curiosity, can you elaborate on the "stealing" part? I would like to know why they are so interested in your account. Care to provide a link to your profile on clan.z8games.com?
And in order for the "hackers" to have changed your email they would have needed to access the email that was used to register the account, in order to confirm a change in registered email address. Are you saying your email was compromised too? Can you elaborate on that as well?

Did you ever share accounts with friends/family/clanmates or others? Did you try to get "free zp" or a "free weapon" from a random offer ingame or on the web?

It happens to me too the exact same way but the Staffs told me they cant help me because they think my account was swapped, i have all the infos too even the paypal account i used to buy ZPs. I think they should be more helpful with their customers.

Z8 is not ready to change my email adress, becuase I dont remember my Forum name 4 years before? your asking for things that NO PLAYERS will ever remember!!!!!!!
Or do you notice the registration date of your hundrets accounts in the Web???

Your just kidding like "hahahhaah you just selled your account" or whatever BUT ITS NOT!!!

Well, next time do not hack, instead of destroying others people gaming experience, learn skills, hope you learn the lesson and do not recover the account.
