Wierdest Support close ever
Well a few days ago I made a support ticket saying that I recover an account , and that referred to a GM telling to ask Technical support about Honor Ribbon and Name change , The GM said : We cannot Recover your Honorable ribbon for using illegal programs , then he close the ticket Plus he didnt event put his name at the bottom. He didnt event care of my problem. Plus now it takes like 3 week before you a GM answer.

Of course they can't give you the honorable soldier ribbon back if you've cheated, which they can tell, and they don't have to sign a name.
I'm not sure what else you're asking, but if you feel a DIFFERENT question in the ticket was ignored, submit another ticket.
But you won't get your ribbon back.
