UltimatePay points not working for transactions.

Hi all, i used 50$ in ultimatepay cards to get zp, and the rest from the cards was converted to UltimatePay points. Now when I try to make a transaction an option comes up to apply my points to the transaction. I click apply points, which are more than enough to pay for the transaction. Nothing happens..... The payment amount stays the same and there is still a space asking to enter a card number. I am feeling cheated out of my money because I have 20 bucks worth of ultimatepay points that I can't even use.
