"Incorrect login credentials"

Hello,

I apologize in advance for any mistakes grammars and others but I am not bilingual.(I'm french but could not find the official forums ... ) Well, do it now 5 years since I stopped Crossfire and I wanted to play again today. The problem is that my login I got this error message: "Incorrect login credencials "

I saw that now the UK server was separated from the EU server. And now the European people had to register on gamerage.com to play ( If I understood correctly)

Here are my concerns:

- I can not login into play when my username and password are ok
- I try to login / register on gamerage.com ( Not possible because either my password or my login does not work, or the email is already in use ) -> Big joke.

I wanted to create a support ticket but again too precise information ( account creation date , last transaction etc.).

I Thank You in advance for your answer because I'd like not to lose this account because I had put there time and money.

You got a account before August 3rd 2011. That means your still allowed to play here. I guess you should try to sumbit a new support ticket.

So if I have understood correctly, my old accont is a NA account.

To play on the EU server I have to create a new account gamerage!

But are there not a way to migrate my account from NA to EU?

well the versions have 2 different clients ... so not possible to share a lazy way. logs on servers are totally different ... even they find ur acc on it ... to much work and money will gone to make it confortable free for u.
