Could someone possibly help me

First of all i would like to thank you for taking time out of your day and reading this forum post.


My problem:

When i was younger i created an account for crossfire, But the thing is i appear to have lost the username but i 99.5% know the password ( as i only used 1 password),

Also some people might say recover it via email, Well as i was young at the time i use to create new accounts to test out different guns to start with, At that time you could create an account without having a valid email address.

I Know the name of my character (*LynxBullet*) i have not logged in since like 2006-2007
Is there anyway to check to see if my character is still alive and not being deleted.

2006-2007? huh? Btw, z8games won't delete your account, even if you dint play for 100 years they wont. becouse they never know if you come back.

Yeah i have not played in a long time, Do Administrators read forum posts i'm hoping they could message me over my login Id so i can logg-in

Also i don't think this game was owned by z8 games when i played.

They won't give any personal information here.

You should send a support ticket, Thats the only place where they can help you with those problems.

I'll try again i waited for 4 days and then they said can you please give me your loggin id i stated i forgot it :P

Sleep some days about it, and try to remember it..

If not you should make a new account (if your country isnt in the red area)

You should just wait for the reply to your support ticket. It can take up to 2 weeks for them to answer or more, but still don't send multiple tickets, it will only make it slower.

Btw your last play date was at the end of 2009... :rolleyes:

Just as this guy said, go to your account's page and there you can see 'Last Play Date' under 'Char Creation Year'. It says you last played 2009-11-14.

Exactly the same problem. I do know my ingame name "maxxos" but can't remember my Login ID and my email adress is lost. I have a bill from that account because i had bought zp. still the won't help me. Bad support team!
