can't buy zp

when I try to buy zp I get this,

This transaction is not successful.

anyone else getting this? i'm using paypal and I have tried a few times. I checked with my bank and it's nothing to do with them it's ok on there end.

like I said I use paypal and if you look under my avatar and at location you will see im in the US. its something on there end, I never have problems with buying zp. I do know they was having problems with the server and I think the site to about 2 days ago.

I'm sorry I wasn't specific. I meant to ask how are you using paypal? Your paypal account or using a bank card with paypal?

If you are using a paypal account try contacting the paypal support. If you are using a bank card, let me ask have you made any recent transactions with $50-$100? Because some banm accounts automatically deny a transaction if there was one before with a "big" amount/price due to security purposes. If you are sure the issue isn't with your bank account then you may want to contact paypal support and not z8 support because the z8 support will direct/ask you to contact them.

The location anyone can put any location on there.

Edit I recommend you use go cash it has discounts

after trying 3 times I contacted my bank and while on the phone with them I tried again still didn't work. I know its not paypal because I just made a purchase with it for something else and it worked fine. I sent a e-mail to support maybe I will hear from them next week if im lucky.

Sorry I wasn't able to help and I hope that was paypal support not z8 support. Paypal support should be fast, I always use it with ebay and when I contact them the reply time is decent.

that's ok thanks anyways for trying. would be no point of e-mailing paypal when I used my paypal for something else and it worked fine. nothing paypal can do if its working on there end.
