Is the Support dead?

Hello, i wait since 7 Days of a reply from the Support Team!
No answer until yet... the Eastern Holidays are over but it looks like as if the Support Team not at work?! Maybe a [MOD] can help and answer me?!

They are busy, and they Can't answer everbody the same day. you should wait a while, you can't change it.

The same for me. I have send a ticket for a in-game problem and no respond for 4 days.

I have two Questions, 1 about the forum and avatar issue and the other is private.

This is how it goes, joker:

They receive it and they read it in the order it came in. Then they evaluate "your situation." If they have a solution/answer they reply as soon as they can. If they don't have an answer, yet, they leave it on the side and they get back to it when they have an answer so they wont be like "sorry we don't know" or "*give you wrong answer*"


So just be patient because this is what a MOD will PROBABLY say. Good luck men!

Also if you have a question with the forum edit your original post and add it on there so a MOD/forum member would answer when they see it.

Thanks! I've had a good experience with the support system here. My tickets, I don't know why, get replied WAY quicker than a week even though my tickets are like half-essay-length

about the avatar,it's already reported no reason to send 12323454 tickets for the same issue.
