crossfire out of memory

My computer is 8gbs Ram memory and I tried close anything but it's still show up me this after played 2 or 3 games. I don't know why?

And which OS you use? Windows XP/7/8?
Is your computer and all of his driver up to date?
Are you use DirectX 11?
