Unresponsive support ticket v3 part 2

Hey. I just checked my support ticket this morning and my first support ticket went to the "Resolved tickets". It was a ticket about a name change, asking Z8Games to change my ign to an ign that's been inactive for 2 years. Z8Games told me to purchase a name change and change into a random ign. I did and I responded back, saying I'm done. After that, Z8Games hasn't responded me back. It wasn't answered for 3 weeks now and I woke up to find out that my support ticket was put in the "Resolved tickets" even though it wasn't resolved or answered. LOL

I submitted 3 more support tickets after my first one. Will the rest of my 3 tickets go to the "Resolved tickets" even if the support tickets aren't answered for 3 weeks?..
