How do i set up tickets if i have not made any transactions? .... this is b.s honestly

The transactions' slots are there so they may verify the account owner.

If you havn't made any transactions and you would like to send an account administration ticket, put any numbers in the blanks then in the comments section (all the way at the bottom) say I wrote bla bla bla because I didn't make any transactions on this account yet.
