I guess the GM'S that checking the tickets are too busy right now. you will get a answer anyway, you just have to wait. -
Reply to the ticket or make another one. If it is not important, they may of just left it out. Mind if I ask what it is about?
It's about a name change. I submitted a ticket, requesting to change into an ign that's already taken but it's been inactive for 2 years. They told me to purchase a name change and change into a random ign. I responded back, saying I'm done. After that, Z8Games hasn't responded me back for 2+ weeks now. -

See thats why they dint answer you yet, Every day people get losing his/her account's And z8 need to spent alot time in that.. Stuff's like Name change they will answer, but all important stuffs going first:)

You have to create a new ticket on our support website and inform them what the random set of letters are and possibly link your account URL in your ticket. Additionally, include the name you hope for to be changed to. -

Okay, I now submitted a support ticket, telling the Z8Games about the trouble. I also supported it with proof such as the things you just said.
Are you gonna be the one who's gonna check my support ticket now? Since you're probably the only mod right now who knows my situation and I'm losing patience. -

Great to hear. Though I will not be the person going to review and respond to your ticket, a GM from the Z8Games support team or staff will be dealing with it. I'm only a forum mod.
I can't promise you instant support. Once you submit a ticket, it enters something similar to a queue. It's there until a GM has a chance to deal with it after he/she has dealt with hundreds of other tickets. However, I'm sure that they will be able to change your name soon (either today or next week). -
