Capsule's bug or law of large numbers

I've been playing this game for 5 years , I spent my money on ZP capsules, I spent GP
on capsules. I already opened 2-3 thousand of these capsules (maybe more) and never even seen weapons in them ( and never get the one ) . This is contrary to the law of large numbers! How is it that my friend opens 10-15 different capsules and gets 3 different weapons per day, and I opened a hundreds for 1 wep and get nothing? Why after 5 years and thousands of capsules I have not received any weapon?
Right now I bought 90 capsules for AK-Camo and...NOTHING!
WHY?!?!?

Yes it is, Z8games dont scam anybody with black market.

I won a time like 10 weapons in 1 week. then maybe 1 year till today nothing.

1 year and 5 it is very different things. I didn't even saw the wep in capsules (you know...when u see it but not winning). From now on, I will not spend a penny on this bugged game.
I cannot even set an avatar on this site (jpg, 99X99 pixels, ~21Kb). I think they have to dismiss all programmers and find the new ones (normal programmers with hands not from their butts).
