I bought a $15 karma koin, and when i want to redeem it, it only have $10 choice the least. Can anyone tell me how do i redeem the other $5?

I dont know much about Karma Koin, but for UGC they'll exchange the extra money for u to Ultimate Points automatically...So next time u can use UP to purchase ZP

You got 15 now, buy for 10 then you save the 5.
When you buy 15 again you can make +5,
