GM please help

We are U.S.A*FORCE™ and recently we have had a "clan member" show up in our in-game clan list his name is "lCustomI".

This person isn't really in our clan as can be seen from our clan listings but he joins our games and kicks us constantly and it's baffling how exactly he can be 'in our clan' whilst he is not in the clan officially.

He is friends with VietNo0B who run a copycat clan called "U.S.A*FORCE?" and uses the "lCustomI" account to find our rooms and kick us (currently) however before the hacks were patched he used this method to find out what rooms we are in and ruin the games by using two PC's one with an account "USS*Seauiper" which is a copy of our clan leaders name but is also a auto kick bot that kicks players randomly and to the precise time so that nobody else can start a kick vote against him, then when he runs out of kick votes this bot leaves and rejoins to repeat the process.

Whilst this kick bot is kicking random players rendering the kick vote useless this guy uses another account VietNo0B on which he hacks; useless using speed, aim bot etc and with his kick bot kicking away he is then he is free to hack.

Regarding "lCustomI" here is the proof that is not in the clan but appears to be in the clan:

As you can see this is a huge problem for the entire clan and it needs fixing ASAP as it's not simply just a glitched player but a mole, an abusive kicker and someone trying to destroy our clan.

Many people keep telling us that we are a "hack clan" because they saw VietNo0B and it takes a lot of explaining and convincing others otherwise, it's also tarnishing our clans reputation.

Can a GM please fix this issue immediately - Thank you.

GM's don't work at this time..

Send in a damn ticket, you & your leader/LT's have posted this like 7 times in 2 days..

You will have to wait until they answer, we can't help you on these forums. GM's don't always answer on the forums.

We can't help you with this, This is a job for the Support.

I'm not a GM or a MOD but you have to understand they don't just lurk around the forums and fix requests at their disposal. You'll have to submit a support ticket explaining the issue in full detail just like the rest of us. The support ticket could take up to one week for a response.

Do understand that if you are repeatedly sending reply's one after the other it will only slow down their response, in other words there is no need for spam. I would assume the correct topic to submit this report under would be Technical Support although its more of a "complaint".
