when i login croofire and i choose server got ( Disconnected from server .) im click ok and i login again got (your account has been permanenty blocked.) i dont use any aimbot i want know why i blocked ! plz someone answer me . i play game from 4 years and now banned for no reasons .someone from crossfire team answer me my account will be unblock or no ??!

What OS do you use? As of April 8th, 2014 Microsoft no longer supports Windows XP with updates. Because of that CF will no longer be issuing any technical support for players who have Windows XP and run into problems with CrossFire. You should contact support with another OS ( if you have XP ). If you don't have windows XP either you were hacking or using other type of 3rd party program or it might be a mistake like they did with the Windows XP ( giving 3 days bans NOT permanent bans. Everything got solved after that and the players that had HS ribbon got it back ) which is very unlikely to happen again.

It's only perm if you were banned before the XP being ban-able.

You should contact support and change your OS. You should also make sure that no one got in your account and used hacks in it. The problem could be in your OS but they won't perm ban you for that. May I ask you if you got banned or hacked in the past? Usually bans go from 3 days , 7 days , 30 days and then permanent ban. As I said I am not 100% sure if being an XP user can give perm ban.

As I said send a support ticket using another OS. Or simply ask them in the support ( via complaint ) why did your account got blocked. They will answer you the reason why.

Tickets are rarely answered the same day.


Since the ban is permanent, you've been at least twice banned before.
The ban will not be removed.

Is not so fair anyway to get a permanent from a bug
I'm sure many of them learn their lesson and never try use any hack after they get a temporary ban in the past ...

And now when x-trap mess up with some language pack from internet explorer under WinXP SP3 - they get permanent - ?

All other WinXP players who didn't login those 2 days now are free to play (since bug was fixed), even they have banned in the past, they are lucky not to login 1-2 days.
SO now they are more <<clean>> players then all those unlucky one who login at the wrong time ?

Is like any EX-convicted men is found guilty every time something bad happend - even is not his fault anyway - just because was sometime in jail, despite the facts he serve his time in the past...

p.s. From what i learn HS ribbon players get a temporary 78 H ban - and all accounts are restored (or will be restored), and all other non HS ribbon get straight permanent ban just because they login at the wrong time, who dind't login escape from permanent ban.

I write all those facts because i have a friend who was temp banned 2 years ago because was using some hack - he admit the fact and since then is felt sorry every day because was loosing HS ribbon for such a stupid think
But also he take good care of his account and never try to hack - and tell all other players not to try use hacks, also because is in red zone and can't create a new account to start over.
So he became a daily good player - and now he is permanent banned just because login game on the wrong day.
