Failed to connect to server: W[2003] L[0]

I'm getting absolutely sick of this, it's an error that I get once a week, and typically I just re-install it and it works fine. And yes, I COULD just re-install it, but there must be an easier fix. It's just crazy to have to re-install the same game over and over again. I know people have had this error before and was wondering if there was an easier way to go about fixing it. Please let me know, I reallllly don't want to have to re-install it again.
