Failed to connect to server

I started up Crossfire. I'm on that HGW game watcher thing, step 3. It doesn't load up for a minute. Then a tiny pop up shows up, saying "Failed to connect to server : W[2003] L[0]". I tried loading up Crossfire multiple times but it keeps showing me the tiny pop up every single time. Should I uninstall and install again?

@CF Moderators and staff. After you read my first complaint, I have to inform you that my support ticket still hasn't been answered. In my support ticket I wanted to change into an ign that already existed. The Z8games staff told me to purchase name change and change into a random ign. I did and responded back, saying I'm finished. After that they haven't responded back. I waited for like a week and 6 days now. Still didn't get a response back. Should I submit a new support ticket?

P.S. usually if is a maintenance downtime is announced on web site and social sites as facebook, if is some unexpected internet connection down - will be up between 30-60 minutes in worst case 2-3 hours.

Yea, I tried it like 5 more times yesterday. Finally worked and today, I have no issue with it either. Thanks for trying to help though.
