Clan member bug...any1 seen this before?

We had a member that we kikd from the clan over 6 months ago.Here is his profile

His website profile shows NO CLAN

But when he logs into the game he is in our clan chat and his in-game profile still shows he is in our clan.He is a mole for a clan that's been copyn our clan and harassing us in general

Is this a clan bug or is this some sort of HAK? anyone ever seen this?

I wonder if this happened before with another clan :0!
Anyway, I hope they can fix this soon. With the new patch I believe they could catch a time for really solve this issue.

Never heard of this bug before. Maybe if you sent a support ticket, they could remove him manually. Anyway I really doubt that there would be any sort of hack for this.

He is still in the clanlist =/

More tickets were sent today anyway. We only want they can be quick in fix this issue, really I don't think there is no much matter to deal with.
