Windows Vista Users having Xtrap Error

Can a GM please fix this problem ASAP because Windows Vista users cant get on CrossFire and the xtrap error is "ntdll.dll".

This "ntdll.dll" is part of the Windows Vista OS and I can't uninstall.

Making new threads won't help, i have posted a few things on this http://forum.z8games.com/showthread.php?t=277612&page=4 Try those if they don't work then i don't know anymore seems like every operating system is having problems since last game/xtrap update.
