I can not change my Forum Avatar picture!

Hello, this issue is since few days, the technical support do not answer me...
i wait since april 10 for a reply! Allways if i try to change my Forum Avatar comes the Message ''File Upload failed''! Other forumer say to me they have the same problems like about 7 Days with this issue!
Please fix it!
