computer freezes after some cf.
Yo fellas, so today i discovered that i got a problem with the game. Basically i start cf, go into whatever game, am able to play for like 5 minutes and then my computer freezes. I had spotify on and the music stopped aswell so im guessing its a system shutdown or something like that, although the computer itself was still on. I tried disabling avast and only running the game, no other processes except the needed windows ones and it still happened, tried changing resolution, still happened. I could play the game just fine last saturday, and the only thing ive downloaded since that is battle.net and hearthstone. here is my dxdiag:http://imgur.com/a/6tT4m . I'm not really a computer guy so if anyone can, please help.

did you try change your screen colour from 32 to 16bit? it also can helps -

That might have been the issue. I did vacuum the computer although it had only gone a month since i did it last time, i also changed the colour to 16bit and after doing both it worked, but I'm not sure if it was the vacuuming or the 16bit^^ -

more then likely it was the 16bit, tho computer getting hot could cause the problem. -
Yeah you're probably right, since i was checking cpu usage and it was stable before it froze.
Crossfire used to do the same for me, just didn't remember how i fixed it so i didn't post lol. Now i just deal with my screen going out mid game every other day and having to restart the computer manually :l. -

no wonder his pc cant run cf at max (even cf being the poorly optimised game it is)
your ram is poor for the pc you have, update it, cpu & gpu are fine -

I can run CF just fine on all highest settings with 40 fps and my xp computer sucks (but i choose fps over quality anyday so lowest settings most the time). so yeah those are nice specs for me to see atleast.
