ZONG and Paypal 50% money back

I have been using zong as a way to purchase zp. In the bottom of the webpage it says that paypal will give 50% of the money spent on the messages to paypal account. The first couple times it worked but know only says : " you have earned 0.00 €" and doesn't give anything.
Is something wrong? If somebody knows anything please answer me, i look foward to invest in the game.
