Lets recap the banning incident in detail

1)All of the legit players banned where made out to b cheats and no apology issued?
2)The xp update discontinuing support was less then a week old...so i dont want to hear any b/s about we dont support XP it just happened..i been supporting z8 for 5 yrs.
3)Now i am given a phone number thats only busy..no way to leave a msg or b put on hold
friggin number has been busy for 6 yrs straight..what a mickey mouse company
4)Still banned and yes i made a support ticket out 2 days ago with no reply
5)The only thing makin me keep a little sanity is i have always been againsts cheats of any types since the day i joined cf.....Saiden i would think u owed us legit players banned a explanation and a apology and swiftly expeidite haveing our accounts restored ASAP instead of having to call a number for 6 hours thats been busy

When i can get back and my ribbon restore im selln this acct and u can cram this game up ur ( @ )

    Called it lady that answered the phone from G4Box stated to summit a support ticket and that the phone number was an error.

    I know, i don't have the money for a new system why you think i am still using this old crap computer :(. My bans won't expire until about 12 something at night since that is the time i mostly login to play (night owl :D). Every game is supporting windows xp still, my xp is even a legit copy from the company who made this computer. You ever been blocked due to charge back?

    You asked an explanation and an apology. That thread gives both.

    Not every game is still compatible with XP. Games are slowly dropping them because there is no support for XP and it's a dead OS. It's affecting everyone in a way but they should have seen this coming.

  • CR7 accts r still banned until tomorrow..i made a support ticket out the min i found out and 3 days later no answer....
    So the bottom line is we a required to wait/still banned for z8 s mistake]

    my 4 accounts are still yet unbanned. in fact i dont even care about my alt accounts being banned i only care about my main account that i have played on since 2009 with friends and so on being banned.

    Which games? All the games i play are still playable with no problems at all. LoL/AoT/MAT/CS:S/NFS:W/BFP4F/DF and more games that i play that i have no problems on. can't think of one game that has said anything about dropping support for windows xp users other than Crossfire (then again when ban wave happened i expected this).

    Many people scoffed at those who got unfairly banned, I hope that one day those who have done this just to get hurt and do not have the ribon

    I don't wish nothing bad on any legit player, We are all humans who make mistakes. I didn't even think it was my WinXPSP3, i was blaming it on xtrap patch even made video of new account being banned while making the account on video.
  • well last thing i am gonna say is they have always issued an apology for update mistakes and they damn sure need to issue one now.All of us banned where made to look like cheats and this issue needs to be addressed.U think waiting till the ban expires and waiting 24 hrs for my honor ribbon to be restored is an apology?I think not..me and every other legit player did nothing wrong and i want this error righted

    The only person who knows you were banned are you.
    You are not a celebrity, I very much doubt you've got fifty people refreshing your clan profile every day to see if you've been banned.
    Any confusion on the subject of your legitimacy will be resolved within days when the ribbon is restored and you play again. We won't find all your friends and tell them "Richardw50 is totally legit, y'hear?".


    Your account will be reset (unless you've been banned before) in a timely fashion.
    I'm very sorry that you're using an obsolete operating system that has been dead for weeks.
