CF Crash when join room or go to desktop then switch to CF again !! help me please

good morning my dear z8games team

i have a strange problem about CF crashes , when i open cf on my other pc and join a room or press on desktop then switch to cf again it crashes !! i reinstalled the windows and the game many times , can you please tell me what should i do else ? maybe i have a problem with my computer ? should i clean my case fans and the mother board ? or what i should do ,, notice : it was working fine but after the shadow mode update it didn't work any more !!! pls help me

1. If you're only having an issue when you alt tab to your desktop, then try to get back into CF, that is a common issue that a lot of people have.

2. If you're unable to get into a game completely, I have no idea what could be causing that.

Solution for 1, Don't Alt tab.

well , thx for your reply dude but when even i don't alt+tap and press join game i get a black screen for about 40 sec then game crash please have u got other solution?
