I can't get a free USP

I want to get a USP with a valid Facebook account, but it failed. "Could not find you facebook information, please contact us or try later" was showed on the website. Please help me solve the problem. Thanks!

If you are sure this account wasn't used before to get a usp handgun for another account, then just give it time and try again later. The site might be having some issues that makes it slow.
