Banned 7 days, for no reason

Same here, but mines 3 day ban on 3 accounts... I wanna rage so bad but i am here waiting for support ticket to be seen, so that they can tell me what in the world is going on... -
As mentioned in the other thread you made. The forums cannot help you.
You must submit a support ticket.
Chances are he was banned for the use of a hack program. Which also could have included sight overlays and farm bots available from hack websites.
If he was banned for hacking there is nothing we can do.
A clean, unmodified version of CrossFire will not result in you being banned, even if you try and ctrl-alt-delete the game. -

1st time Z8 is doing something with the botters after how long? Lol.. As a Result you seen most of the botters came from PAL, you should look into their clan members & how many hours they been on for no real person can stay on for more then 20 hours a day & I bet you most of them were on 24/7 before this awesome xtrap update. Look into the #1 farmer. -

never even used a 3rd party program for any game . Is your hack detector detecting windows XP? plz respond to my support ticket. Im a competitive gamer and i have no time to play anymore if everyone will think im a cheater because of some sort of FAKE ban . -

I am in the same boat as he is... I am a clean player from Canada that got banned for 3 days this morning...Submitted ticket and waiting.

Update: I just uninstalled everything to do with Crossfire off my machine, then reinstalled...i used this account which i created today, and tried to log on...BAM 6 day ban.
Is there really any doubt that something is wrong here?
I am sure a bunch of hacks got caught, but obviously some innocent people got screwed in the process. I am happy strides have been taken to eliminate the biggest problem in the game (Hacks) but someone better make this right. -
You know this game is in rough shape when they won't admit to banning for no reason. Personally, once my main account is unbanned in 2 days, I won't be logging in again for another month or so, I don't want to take a permanent ban. Z8, don't tell everyone who has this problem it's their fault, that's kind of like telling mentally challenged people they should suck it up because it's their fault for being challenged Listen to people's problems. This company is more and more corrupt every day.

We have like a total of 4 people saying they've been banned without reason, and a few people catching on.You know this game is in rough shape when they won't admit to banning for no reason. Lacking evidence to the contrary, it's not illogical to assume they're simply lying to avoid admitting that they cheated and feel bad about it.
It's very easy to lie on the internet.
So hundreds of bans (probably low), five people saying they didn't cheat, the rest accepting that they cheated and got caught doing it.
Us saying "it's a bug!" because a rumor is prevalent would be irresponsible without facts to substantiate it. -

If there is only 4 of us, there should be no problem checking into those 4 accounts and making things right.
I understand your position, hopefully you can understand mine. All I want is a fair deal and someone to look into my 1 account and your will see i am as legit as they come. -

I tested it out with my old PC & I was able to log on, no banned no nothing.
So find a better lie. Stop hacking. -

Connect to Alpha 1 and sit there for about a minute or two, just try for me please. I don't know what the rest of these people do but i know what i do when i come to play. -

I did sit there for 3 mins, I logged after & relogged & I was still able to get into a game real fast. -

idk whats going on honestly, been waiting since 12:30ish last night for anything reinstalled cf like an mod asked me to do and got a diff alt banned just by logging in. everyones saying its a hack but yet i made a new account logged in and instant hacktool/ban 3days on it on video recorder. -

I think if users send in a ticket and mention they used Windows XP then Z8 should fix the problem. If they said little users are reporting it then it should not be hard to fix those accounts. If they actually hacked, they would not send a support ticket because they would just make a new account and not care. The players who do send a ticket most likely spent a lot of time on their accounts and don't want to just create a new one. I would be furious if that happened to me and I'd probably drop the game because I spent 4 years working on my account. -
