Did you get a "hack tool has been detected" message? I hope you took a ss of that so you can send the same exact error to them.
My friend got the same message. I don't think he has an SS, but I know he doesn't use hacks and he lost his honorable soldier ribbon for this. -
Yeah,I just logged today,5sec later ,HACK TOOL DETECED 0.1.00. this thing,and I THOUGHT it will be like the rest of them,5mins of bann and I can play again.NO.This time is 3 DAYS and also on the site I am banned with the reason:hack.Now I know you guys want to help the community,but banning the fair play ones like me ,you think this will help? Dear yK from Tèchno™ clan.Please don't make me nervous right now cause I really don't need this ok?I think i made myself clear what i said in my post and many of my clan mates,and other friends knows me very well,so please,don't tell me that bs with"No legit player call themselves that beside hacker themselves" cause Im not in the mood right now.

The same thing for me.. when i opened crossfire for log in , they send me a message like : your log in id or pasword is incorrect. So i open the site page for log in there,the same message. Then i went to "lost id/pw/secret answer" tab , i writed my email adress and there i saw this message : this email is not registred on our data base. What happen with my account? I still have my honorable ribbon , so the acc was not banned. But what happen? I just send a ticket on tehnical support for asking them what i should do..

Same just happened today to my brothers account,banned for 3 days, he never used hack...z8games is a complete joke, they ban legit players and the hacks still are there.
Z8 doesnt issue hack tools i dont think, think that falls on xtrap. Z8 and XTrap are trying their best to get minimal cheaters possible if not eliminate them for a while. This ban could of came from anything or may just be an error with the update from xtrap yesterday. I am currently waiting for a reply from my ticket :l -

funny i didnt cheat nor use farm bot nor vmware and yet im banned, i am also american. you're prob one of those people who run around with an ip changer named ahmed cheating for all i know, wouldnt surprise me after seeing 10-50 pingers doing it. so please go blame eygpt more and learn whos really behind it.
also i would like to point out you guys are not taking the matter seriously as to why people are being banned cause i know for a fact if i got banned for nothing others have aswell. We will see once support does something -

the amount of egys and hackers getting banned is making people so chipper, they dont care about legit players problems. hopefully support will shine in on your case. you wont find any answers here :P -

First, i respect the Terms of Use from Z8Games and Smilegate.
Maybe you not, maybe you not all the time, live with the ban now, they dont ban you without
a Reason! Maybe someone have reported you because of rascism ingame or you have use the nade bot in the past or you use third party software for CrossFire...

i know im just angry and kinda upset, been wanting to play all night with clan mates and cant due to some reason. been cleaning and watching movies while coming in and out of forums checking support ticket

2) Everyone trash talks, they forget to report their messages before mine. plus it wouldnt of let me logged on if i was already blocked for that. got stuck loading into alpha closed the game reopened when i tried logging in i was banned for 3 days... someone whos been legit since 2009 why would i decide to start cheating exactly? because last i checked i raged at hackers as much as any legit player would have.
3) Me nade farm with bot? HAHAHAHAHAHA totally man ima risk getting banned for a rank omg (no)

A plain Crossfire without mods or cheats will not get you randomly banned.
Chances are, you've visited a known hacking site and taken mods from there.
Moral: Don't visit hacking sites. -

I haven't visited any but i will reinstall crossfire even tho i just installed it 3 days ago, just don't wanna get another alt banned due to it
... done lost 3 accounts for 3days and ribbons, i hardly ever use killmarks only ones i mostly use were blind robs because others make my fps drop but blindrobs are way outdated 
.
should i use the installer i used 3 days ago or should i just download a whole new client installer?
