Did you get an electronic receipt of the transaction? Usually it's sent to the email you input within some deposit form.
Your best chance at a solution would be to submit a Support ticket to Crossfire then Billing / Purchases.

Be sure to be as specific as you can in regards to when the transaction occurred so they can look up their records about it... if there is one.
