Shadow Mode

I've logged on my account today and my shadow mode record has been diminished sort off, It says I have 0 Kills / 68 Deaths and 8/Wins 7/Loss when I don't even have 7 Losses on my record. I would like to know if this is a bug and will be changed back to it's original K/D count thanks.

It seems everytime they bring something new out it's either riddled with bugs, or it the hackers leek in and no way you can die 200+ times as the shadow ghost there so OP

I haven't logged in to the game after the last patch, may someone tell me, ARE THERRE ANY HACKERZZ?

I have found 1 or 2 with the headshot bug/hack I don't know if they have stopped most of them there seems to have been a decrease atleast for me, but I may be lucky I don't know. Wish they would fix it so all of them are gone...

hello, I don`t remember exactly my score but i`m pretty sure that shadow mode kdr is about 3.0 and it shows 1/293 lol.. fix this soon as possible. ty

I believe it's a known error to have a inverse profile record of Shadow Mode kills/deaths.
I do not know if it does extend to wins/losses either.

Your only course of action at this point is to submit a bug report similar to this:

As a support ticket to Crossfire then Technical Support
So that they can investigate and help pass it along to the developers, Smilegate, to hopefully fix that.

I have the same problem i had yesterday a 106/29 KD and it show me 1/7 and its a BUG :C Today the same 100/50 and didn´t cound too...

It's purely a visual error... nothing too gamebreaking.

The quickest workaround at this point is to just re-inverse the numbers and you'd have the right combination.

It's just to tell Support that there is a visual error that deserves attention. I doubt it will be a high priority fix, unlike say an Xtrap error that blocks people from entering the game or client errors that need tweaking.

But it's still worthy of a Support ticket to get it documented.

Though in this case I'm sure this is not the case. I checked my score several times after games. Before a game my score was 17-86 or something like that, after the game my score became 8-107. Funny, right?
Tomorrow I will really test how this works.

Please do not be afraid to submit the support ticket to technical support.
In terms of the HS ribbon, yes they can remove it during an account investigation, but if it's nothing that's violating the Terms of Service, they will put it back.

Since when did bug reporting become a reason to take the Honorable Soldier ribbon away? Why would you ever think that it's a BAD thing to help?
