X-Trap Error

I have this error in the X-Trap [08-0400-00000000-515], Pleas Fix it up, Some people have the same problem with this. I played yer****ay soy beautifull and now with this problem.

1. What Anti Virus program are you using?
The Anti Virus that I use is Avira.
2. Have you added any xtrap or game files to an exception list?
No
3. Have you tried disabling the virus program during installation and running of the game?
Yes, FireWall and my Anti Virus.

Can you a screenshot of the error?
It may show more information than just the error code.

Also, can you add crossfire.exe to your exception's list?
