Game wont run at all.

I tried to play today, but for some reason X-Trap wont run properly and I cannot play the game, I've already uninstalled and reinstalled the game and I still get the same message: "The access to X-Trap patch server is unstable or X-Trap update wasn't able to run properly. Please restart the game." Any and all feedback or support from the GM's would be much appreciated as this issue renders me unable to play and enjoy the game. [I'm hoping someone sees this and offers some help or assistance of any kind, because I've asked numerous times for help for a multitude of problems but can never find the help that the forums should be providing which is a HUGE disappointment.]

Edit: Additional details: the game is already on my exceptions list, I've already deleted the X-Trap folder and the game will still not run as well as uninstalled and reinstalled the game, I've also tried running the game as an Admin and it's not working even then.
