From where are you trying to play from?

If it's in the "red" zone, all new accounts after Aug, 2011 will have these restrictions applied to it.

Also, please do not try to share accounts. It will be very easy for someone after gaining your username and password to then start changing account information and then claiming your account as their own.

Please understand that with restrictions in place, only places located in the "green" zone will be able to play. And if they move and try to play from a place in the "red" zone, they will be unable to play until they get back to a "green" zone place.

There are ways to circumvent these restrictions, but it will only lead to a poor gameplay.
