A old thread was closed for account recovery.
There's a Wierd Issue that I've been never able to recover an account due to a Thread that Idle out(closed due to Idle) and they blocked me from recovering on the next Tickets.
It was in the last days of the old Ticket system so i cant retrieve the Ticket URL's I've been trying to explain this situation to the Support and i've got ignored. So I would like to know if there's a way to actually re-open that thread as a proof that I could never be able to totally recover my account. or is there a way to contact the z8games service by phone.(Canada no fees)
I know you will says it's my responsability to keep my account safe , but virus get's to everyone 1 day or another right? So I just want this thread to re-open so i can continue my recover without getting the blocked message.
The last message was (We reset the email and security information 2 days ago. How could you lose this account again?) Then the thread closed due to idle.
This thread can only be answered by MODERATORS or SG STAFFS (Saidin&Ticket Service)

If possible, take screenshots of the previous ticket to use as proof.
Also, MODs don't have any bearing with the Support system. Meaning they're just forum moderators, nothing more (more or less xD)
But moderators know more than players still , Like that xD but that's what I did , I jsut hope they wont reply me the same thing again >.> -

Yeah, but someone who creates a virus for stealing your bank information isn't going to know what CrossFire is or that it's useful.
Except viruses embedded in CF-related software (yes i mean cheats).

May I know how to get the link of the Old tickets. As in old ticket system. And I meant the ticket from the supports. -
Im sorry but the point of this thread was explaining my problem , and I think 9 got the major part of what I meant. Or im just not getting what you just said.

I don't understand but it doesn't really matter, nobody will help you recover your account or whatever on the forum.
Support staff does not read the forum. Submit a ticket. -
Well im trying to get help from technical support , but they send me to account administration section , now I'll be doing what 9 told me , screening that old ticket. So we continue from where it was left but im scared they say I can't cuz of rule 1.1 or whatever and close the ticket again.
Is there any tips I can have maybe screening my first email or even the PayPal and UGC infos...
Im really out of options.
