I always receive hack tool detected ?!?!?

I have a major problem which has been bugging me for the past 2 weeks. Sometimes when I go on CF I get kicked and get a message saying Hack Tool Detected. I try to login and it says I am banned on the server for 10 mins and after that time I can login again. This is really getting on my nerves since I use no hacks and I recently got kicked from a game I was doing very well in. PLEASE sort this out Z8 Games, you have my money but I cannot play your game !

You're welcome. Remember to be as exact as you can in your documentation. The more information you can give about the circumstances surrounding the error the better they can hopefully get a fix for.
