Can you provide a screenshot of the error message?

Are you running any specific software or programs that might be blocking Xtrap?

If you have a firewall/antivirus program you may need to manually allow all programs associated with Cross Fire. I may be mistaken but I believe that error would pop-up if "Hacking Gateway Client" doesn't have full permissions from your firewall.
