Game will not load after HGW

So I've decided to come back to the game in February after I saw the new patch notes.

So all is good the patcher is doing its thing ok then I press Start in the launcher and the HGW goes to Step 12 and the window disappears, then the windows scheme changes to the poor one like usual and then it goes back to normal and CF never starts...

I tried reinstalling completely but that didn't seem to work...

Any fix please?
