Im always at 100 fps then it suddenly just drops to 17-24 started happening after the wave update. Please reply soon

my ping is in CF since few weeks 25 -45... no idea why, all drivers up to date,
direct x 11, windows 7 etc etc etc... look how bugged the game now is, no wonder that the FPS is low, the game is a big Bug since Months...

One more question. You choice Multi-Sampling or Supersampling or Standart ?
