Failed to download version.ini !!!!! Help please

9/3/2014 i got this Error.. " Failed to download version.ini " !!! i thought its because the update !.. and it wasn't ... i still have it till now !!.. its very annoying ..

Installed the game like 10-15 times same problem !.. even i downloaded it from z8games..
still nothing.. downloaded it yesterday.. 23 March 2014 !.. still have the same problem !..

Please if any GM or Support or anyone knows how to fix this... please help...

i also searched the youtube.. nothing helps.. all outdated or not in English.

Check your Anti Virus program! That is the Issue! Delete it and try Norton Antivirus or
Windows Security Essentials!

first i dont think the Anti-Virus is the problem !... i know people have the same Anti-Virus and its working..

i did search the forum ... buy its a lot of topics.. and i already found the topic GM posted..and i will look into it thaaaaaaaanks for help
